Remarks The Sicklefin redhorse is a potamodromous fish that migrates seasonally in response to water temperature, commencing upstream lotic reaches spawning at winter, occupying large downstream river reaches in summer and fall, and migrating to spawning tributaries in spring (Ref. 132999).
