Max. size:  7.3 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: upper reaches of the Yangtze River, China.
Diagnosis:  Origin of pectoral fin before eye; origin of dorsal fin opposite of pelvic, slightly posterior of median of base; anus does not reach pelvic margin far away (Ref. 83459).
