Max. size:  22.3 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 5 - 100 m
Distribution:  Southeast Atlantic: known only from St. Helena and Ascension Islands.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits mud, sand, gravel and shell bottoms. Marketed fresh and dried salted.
