Max. size:  21.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 183 - 490 m
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Australia (Ref. 7300). Eastern Central Pacific: Hawai'i Island (Ref. 58302). Southeast Pacific: Nazca and Sala-y-Gomez (Ref. 50546).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in the continental shelf and in the continental slope (Ref. 7300). Benthic (Ref. 58302). Neither anterolateral glandular groove nor venom gland is present (Ref. 57406).
