Max. size:  13 cm FL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range - 0 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Japan and South Korea.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Young form large schools from the surface to a depth of 1 m in zones of eddy current (Ref. 559). Viviparous, female carries the developing young (Ref. 205).
