Max. size:  4.872 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; freshwater; brackish
Distribution:  Asia: Peninsular Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Inhabits shaded forest streams with acid water. Lives among dense submerged vegetation and leaf litter (Ref. 85309).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 19 December 2018 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
