Distribution Upper to mid-continental slope of eastern Australia (Clarence River (ca. 29° S) to South East Cape, Tasmania (43°45? S)) and Fraser Seamount, Queensland (24°25? S, 155°17? E), 300-680 m.
Quote Reported records from the Kermadec, Norfolk, and Three Kings ridges, off new Zealand, 536-710 m and possibly New Caledonia.
