دريايي وابسته به آب سنگ; غير مهاجر (Ref. 52884); تغييرات عمق 2 - 30 m (Ref. 30874). Tropical; 30°N - 23°S
Indo-West Pacific: Gulf of Aqaba and East Africa to Fiji, north to the Ryukyu and Marshall islands. Recently recorded from Tonga (Ref. 53797).
